Ridiculous that you have to pay for an ap to see how to use it. Wish I never bought it.

Would never recommend it to anyone. If you want good product, sell it with those strings attached.

Quality construction !!!

Ron Williams has created another excellent addition to my routine with the RW Total Body Bar Fitness System !! At 71, I thought I could handle the red straps, but I actually went back and purchased the yellow, and that is much more doable. Now, to get into a regular routine with the TBB, and feel the results !! Thanks very much Ron !!
